2 cups warm water 80F-90F
2 tsp yeast
3 tbsp butter or margarine
3 tbsp milk powder
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup raisons - soaked in hot water and rum
5 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375F. Bloom warm water and yeast add butter or margarine, milk powder and sugar together in your mixer. Add raisins. Add to the flour 1/2 cup at a time until all incorporated and forms a soft dough. Cover allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Then roll out in a rectangle, mix the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle across the dough. Start rolling the dough up pinch the end of the dough, cut dough into three equal positions and place into three well greased bread loaf pans and cover. Allow to rise for 1 hrs, spray water and pan spray on top and place in the oven and bake for 25 mins. Allow to cool and ready to eat.
